Refund and Returns Policy
At magnetopeners.com, we strive to ensure that our customers
are satisfied with their purchases. Due to the personalized nature of our
products, we have specific policies regarding refunds and returns.
1. Personalized Products All products sold on our website
are custom-made based on the designs you provide. As personalized items, these
products cannot be resold, therefore, we do not accept returns.
2. Order Cancellation
Cancellations are accepted within 1 hour of placing the
order. To cancel an order within this timeframe, please contact us immediately.
Cancellations made after 1 hour but before production begins
may incur a fee to cover administrative and preparation costs. Once production
has commenced, cancellations are subject to deductions for any costs incurred,
including but not limited to materials and shipping fees.
3. Defective Products If a product arrives defective, please
notify us within 7 days of receipt. We require photographic evidence of the
defect to assess the issue.
Upon validation of the defect, we will reproduce and send a
replacement product at no additional cost. Return of the defective product may
be requested in certain situations.
4. Non-Returnable Items Because each item is uniquely
personalized, once an item has been printed, it is not eligible for a return
unless it is determined to be defective as outlined above.
