Delivery Information

1. This Sales Agreement has been prepared to establish the mutual rights and obligations for purchases made through the www.magnetopeners.com website. The purpose of www.magnetopeners.com is to supply local products that have distinct features specific to various regions of Turkey and that are generally not available or very difficult to obtain outside those regions, provided they can be shipped by cargo. These products will then be delivered under appropriate conditions to interested buyers. In the following articles, users who shop through this site will be referred to as “customers.” Consumers who shop via www.magnetopeners.com are deemed to have accepted the terms of this Agreement.

2. On www.magnetopeners.com, product orders can be placed only online, and payment can be made by bank transfer, EFT, or credit card (Visa, Mastercard). When paying by transfer, EFT, or postal money order, the customer’s name and, if possible, the order number should be noted in the payment description field.

3. It is not mandatory to become a member to shop on www.magnetopeners.com; during the ordering process, identity information, address, and email address can be entered to place an order. For each order placed, the system issues a unique order number for the customer. By entering their email address and order number in the order tracking section on www.magnetopeners.com, the customer can obtain information about the status of their order. Persons under the age of 18 are not permitted to make purchases on www.magnetopeners.com.

4. An order is considered valid once payment by credit card is made or once the bank transfer has been received in the www.magnetopeners.com account. After the approval of credit card or bank transfer details, if the product is in stock or available from suppliers, the order is handed over to the cargo company. If there is a problem with shipping, www.magnetopeners.com notifies the customer by email. Any products not in stock are indicated in this email. Before handing the order over to the cargo company, www.magnetopeners.com does not finalize the amount in its own account but only places a hold on the customer’s credit card for the order amount. The customer can cancel the order before it is handed over to the cargo company. This can be done by calling 05550351616 or by sending a message using the Contact link. If payment has been made, the product’s cost is released from hold on the customer’s credit card or, if paid by bank transfer, refunded to the payer’s bank account. When requesting a cancellation, the customer must provide the order number.

5. When a credit card payment is made, the www.magnetopeners.com system automatically connects to the bank that issued the card. www.magnetopeners.com does not view or record the customer’s credit card details under any circumstances. The information is sent to the bank for authorization via 128-Bit Rapid SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption. Because credit card information is not stored on the www.magnetopeners.com website, it is impossible for third parties to view or capture this data.

6. The time when an order is processed is not the moment the order is placed but the moment the credit card payment is authorized and the amount is held on the customer’s card or when the bank transfer arrives in our accounts. For orders placed by bank transfer that have not been credited to our account within 3 business days, the customer will be contacted before the order is deemed invalid. If payment is not completed after speaking with the customer, the order is canceled.

7. All products offered for sale on www.magnetopeners.com include the applicable official VAT rate for that product.

8. When placing an order, shipping options and costs are shown on the payment screen. The shipping fee for the products sold is the responsibility of the customer. Shipping fees are calculated by the system during checkout based on the product’s dimensional weight (desi) or kilogram weight and the delivery distance, then added to the total. For orders of 80 YTL or more (unless otherwise specified in the product details), www.magnetopeners.com covers the shipping cost.

9. The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within fourteen days without giving any reason and without incurring any penalty. The withdrawal period starts on the day the consumer or a third party designated by the consumer receives the goods. However, the consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal from the date the contract is formed until the goods are delivered. In the event of withdrawal, the consumer bears the shipping cost.

10. Delivery is made to the address specified by the customer, either to the customer themselves, to the person named in the order, or to a first-degree relative of the customer upon identity verification. The customer is responsible for any issues or delays resulting from incorrect identity or delivery address information.

11. When receiving the package, if it is found to be damaged, the customer should not accept it and should have the cargo officer file a damage report. This report should be faxed to www.magnetopeners.com at 05550351616 and an email regarding the damage should be sent. If the damage is noted in the report, www.magnetopeners.com will contact the shipping company and ensure the package is re-sent to the customer in an undamaged condition.

12. Delays or cancellations may occur if products ordered are not available in the supplier’s stock. In such cases, www.magnetopeners.com will notify the customer via email or phone. The cost of any out-of-stock items will be refunded to the customer’s credit card or, if a bank transfer was used, to the bank account from which the transfer was made.

13. The customer may return a purchased product within 7 days from the date of receipt. Returned products must be in their original, unopened, and undamaged packaging. If any damage is discovered, the customer should have the cargo officer issue a report and should not accept the product. If there is any sign of opening, deterioration, breakage, tearing, use, or similar damage to the product or its packaging, such that it cannot be returned in the same condition in which it was delivered, the return will not be accepted and the purchase price will not be refunded. The customer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal for products that cannot be returned due to their nature, that are prone to rapid spoilage, or that may expire. For a product return, the customer notifies www.magnetopeners.com by sending a message via the “Contact Link” or by calling 05550351616. The product must be returned with its invoice. In case of returns, shipping costs are borne by the customer. Once the returned product reaches www.magnetopeners.com, the purchase price is refunded to the customer within 7 days.

14. All products offered for sale on www.magnetopeners.com are covered by the manufacturer’s or importer’s warranty. Any replacement process is carried out by the warranty provider, and www.magnetopeners.com manages the entire procedure so that the product can be quickly sent back to the customer.

15. www.magnetopeners.com is not responsible for product or price information errors caused by typos or technical issues. The product descriptions are provided for informational purposes only. None of the products available on www.magnetopeners.com are medicines, nor are they equivalent to medications recommended by medical and health professionals. Product information is taken from manufacturers or distributors, the descriptions on product packaging, and the manufacturers’ promotional brochures. www.magnetopeners.com is not responsible for the information provided by the manufacturers, for typographical errors, for the content of the products, or for any complaints and problems resulting from their misuse.

16. www.magnetopeners.com may temporarily suspend or permanently halt the operation of the system. There will be no liability toward site members, customers, or third parties for any suspension or complete discontinuation of the system.

17. Events that occur beyond the control of the parties, making it partially or wholly impossible or causing delays for one or both parties to fulfill their contractual obligations, shall be deemed force majeure (natural disasters, war, terrorism, uprising, regulatory provisions, seizure, or strike, lockout, significant failures in production and communication facilities, etc.). The party affected by force majeure shall notify the other party as soon as possible. During the force majeure event, neither party shall be held responsible for failing to fulfill its obligations. If the force majeure event continues for 10 (ten) days, each party shall have the right to unilaterally terminate the contract.

18. www.magnetopeners.com may add new articles to this agreement or amend the existing ones in order to comply with future technical requirements or legal regulations. The customer acknowledges and declares that they have read all the information on www.magnetopeners.com about the main qualities and features of the products that are the subject of this agreement, their sales price including VAT, payment, delivery, and return conditions, as well as supply and delivery times, and that they have given electronic approval for the purchase based on this information. Anyone who shops on www.magnetopeners.com is considered to have read, accepted, and confirmed all the above-mentioned clauses electronically. Bursa Courts and Enforcement Offices shall have jurisdiction over any disputes that may arise from the implementation of this agreement. For matters not regulated in this agreement, the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 4077 shall apply.
